NEW: Hood car unit Laails of the ČD

Ab dem Jahre 2006 wurden für ČD Cargo 300 nicht mehr benötigte gedeckte Wagen der Bauart Gbgkks zu Haubenwagen der Gattung Kils 245.1 umgebaut. 2009 wurden aus 100 Einzelwagen insgesamt 50 fest gekuppelte Einheiten gebildet, diese wurden als Laails 142.1 bezeichnet. Das Modell hat eine Anzahl extra angesetzter Einzelteile, z.B. zur Darstellung der filigranen Verschlussmechanik für die Hauben. Bei den Laails-Einheiten verfügt vorbildgerecht nur ein Wagen über die Handräder der Feststellbremse.

From 2006, ČD Cargo converted 300 no longer needed box cars of the Gbgkks type into hood cars of the Kils 245.1 type. In 2009, a total of 50 permanently coupled units were formed from 100 individual cars, which were renamed to Laails 142.1. The model has a lot of extra assembled parts, for examble to represent the delicate locking mechanism for the hoods. In the Laails units, only one car has the handwheels for the hand brake, as is the case with the prototype.
